Refund Policy




If a student withdraws or is expelled during the first four weeks of the school year, room and board and tuition charges may be refunded according to the schedule below. Except for room and board and tuition, all other fees are
nonrefundable. The college refund policy applies to a one-year term.

  • During the first week of school: 90% refund


  • During the second week of school: 80% refund


  • During the third week of school: 60% refund


  • During the fourth week of school: 40% refund


  • After fourth week: 0% refund


Official withdrawal from a course must be completed in order to avoid receiving a failing grade and being charged. E-mail
studentservices@eucon.edu to withdraw before the last class session. Simply not attending class, or just notifying the instructor or other students, does not withdraw you from the class. Students who do not withdraw before the end of a class
will receive an \”F.\”

If a student withdraws two (2) weeks before the course begins, all payments will be refunded. If a student withdraws less than two (2) weeks before the course begins, a $50 processing fee will be assessed. All outstanding balances must be cleared
before future registrations will be approved.

Students who withdraw during the first seven (7) days of an online course will be assessed 10% of the course tuition and the book fee. Students who withdraw after the first seven (7) days of an online course will not be eligible for a refund.
