EUCON COLLEGE APPLICATION FORMS

To apply for admission to Eucon International College or School of Saipan, you may either . . .

• Complete the appropriate form online (see below) and then submit it over the Internet
• Download the appropriate form as a PDF file, print off and fill out a paper copy, then mail or fax it to us
• If you live in Saipan you may come by the Eucon office and pick up or fill out the application form in person
• Go to the Contact Us page and request that the desired application form be mailed to you
• Send an e-mail to admissions@eucon.edu and request that the desired application form be mailed to you
• Telephone the College (670.234.3207) or School (670.234.3203) or fax us (670.234.3209) and request that the desired application be mailed to you.
