Majors and Programs

Eucon International College offers five programs toward a bachelors degree and two professional certificate programs. Click on each program below to view specific degree requirements and courses of study:

Grading System

  • A = Superior (93-100) earns 4 grade points
  • B = Above Average (85-92) earns 3 grade points
  • C = Average (77-84) earns 2 grade points
  • D = Passing (70-76) earns 1 grade point
  • F = Failing (69 and below) earns 0 grade points
  • I = Incomplete, W = Withdrew, WF = Withdrew Failing, AU = Audit, NR = Not Reported, P = Passed

Graduation Requirements

  • Baccalaureate Degree : Must complete at least 128 credit hours and maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA
  • Certificate of Achievement : Must complete one-year designed program and maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA
  • Graduation With Honors : For baccalaureate degree candidates who maintain GPAs of 3.50 to 3.69 (cum laude), 3.70 to 3.84 (magna cum laude), and 3.85 to 4.00 (summa cum laude).

The baccalaureate programs are divided into three curriculum areas: Bible Core, General Education Core, and Major Requirements (which are described on the web page for each major; see above). Below are required subjects and credit hours for the Bible and General Education Cores. Course Descriptions may be viewed on a separate web page.

Bible Core (18 Hours)

  • BI 101 New Testament Survey I (3 hours)
  • BI 102 New Testament Survey II (3 hours)
  • BI 201 Old Testament Survey I (3 hours)
  • BI 202 Old Testament Survey II (3 hours)
  • BI 301 Bible Doctrines I (3 hours)
  • BI 302 Bible Doctrines (3 hours)

General Education Core (50 Hours)

  • English, 9 Hours : EN 101-102 Grammar and Composition I & II (6 hours); Literarure Elective (3 hours)
  • Fine Art, 3 Hours : AR 208 Art Studio for Non-Majors (Art Majors substitute MU 201 Music Appreciation)
  • History, 9 Hours : HI 121-122 History of Civilization (6 hours); HI 301 Northern Marianas History
  • Physical Education, 2 Hours : PE 101 Physical Activity
  • Science/Mathematics, 6 Hours : MA 101 College Mathematics (3 hours); Science Survey Elective (3 hours)
  • Social Sciences, 9 Hours Chosen From : AR 205 Art History; BI 405-406 Bible Geography; BI 459 Daniel and Revelation; CA 401 Pastoral Internship I; ED 101 Philosophy of Christian Education; ED 205 Educational Psychology; ED 310 Child Growth and Development; ED 320 Adolescent Growth and Development; HE 101 Natural Color Design; PR 104 Social Ethics; PR 201 Music/Youth Ministries (Note: Students must take courses from three different subject areas)
  • Speech, 6 Hours : SP 101-102 Fundamentals of Speech I & II
  • Electives, 6 Hours : BI or PR Elective (3 hours); General Elective (3 hours)
